Pocket Spring Production Process

Manufacturing Process

The production process includes heat treatment of steel wire, spring winding, transfer and cooling, encapsulation with non-woven fabric, continuous ultrasonic welding into spring strings, and bonding into bed net. The steel wire is preheated to optimal temperature by the wire frame module during transfer, then cut and wound by the spring coiling machine. Individual springs are magnetically transferred through cooling processes before being encapsulated in non-woven fabric via continuous ultrasonic welding. The resulting pocket springs are connected to form spring strings, which are then assembled into complete pocket spring bed nets using specialized assembly machinery. Final products are customized to required dimensions for mattresses, sofas, and other upholstered furniture.
