Manufacturing Process

Our advanced manufacturing process includes heat treatment of steel wire, precision spring winding, transfer and cooling systems, encapsulation with non-woven fabric, continuous ultrasonic welding into spring strings, and final bonding into complete bed net assemblies. The steel wire is preheated to optimal temperature during transfer, then precisely cut and wound by automated spring coiling machinery. Individual springs are magnetically transferred through controlled cooling processes before being encapsulated in durable non-woven fabric via continuous ultrasonic welding technology. The resulting pocket springs are systematically connected to form spring strings, which are then assembled into complete pocket spring bed nets using specialized assembly machinery. Final products are customized to required dimensions for mattresses, sofas, and other upholstered furniture applications.
